Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of travelling with us. It protects you against medical costs, evacuation, cancellation and lost baggage.
Climbing Kilimanjaro or Meru
Standard policies often exclude trekking above 3,000 metres. If you are climbing, confirm in writing that your policy covers high-altitude trekking to 6,000 metres including helicopter evacuation.
Practical tips
Buy your policy at the same time you pay your deposit so cancellation cover starts immediately. Email us a copy of the certificate before departure and carry the emergency assistance number with you in the vehicle.
