How Get Together Adventures collects, stores and uses enquiry information.

When you submit an enquiry, subscribe to updates or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size and any preferences relevant to planning your trip.
We also collect basic technical information such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only to improve the website.
To prepare and send you safari proposals and quotations.
To make bookings with lodges, camps, park authorities and airlines on your behalf.
To communicate with you before, during and after your journey.
To send occasional travel updates and offers, only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We share only what is necessary with the suppliers delivering your trip — accommodation providers, domestic airlines and park authorities. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
Enquiry and booking records are stored securely and retained for as long as needed for legal, accounting and customer-service purposes. Access is limited to our team.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@gettogetheradventures.com and we will respond within 30 days.
