Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed confirmation and a 30% deposit. Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person and remain subject to availability until confirmed.

The balance is payable no later than 60 days before arrival. Bookings made inside 60 days require payment in full. Bank charges and card processing fees are borne by the client.

More than 60 days before arrival: the deposit is forfeited.

30–60 days before arrival: 50% of the total trip cost.

Fewer than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total trip cost.

Amendments are accommodated wherever possible; supplier penalties, if any, are passed on at cost.

Quotations state exactly what is included. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude international flights, visas, travel insurance, tips, drinks and items of a personal nature. Government park fee or tax increases may be passed on.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment and emergency evacuation is mandatory. Kilimanjaro trekkers must be covered for altitudes up to 6,000m.

We act as an agent for the suppliers delivering your itinerary and take all reasonable care in selecting them. We are not liable for loss, delay, injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, wildlife behaviour, road conditions, strikes or flight disruption.

Clients must follow the instructions of guides and park rangers at all times and disclose any medical condition that may affect participation. We may amend an itinerary where safety requires it.
