7 Days Marangu Route Hike
Detailed Tour Itinerary
Overview
The Marangu Route, often called the “Coca-Cola Route,” is one of the most popular paths to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, offering comfortable hut accommodations along the way. It’s a scenic trail that takes you through lush rainforest, moorland, and alpine desert before reaching the majestic Uhuru Peak (5,895m) — the highest point in Africa.
Unlike other routes, Marangu allows for a gradual ascent and descent on the same trail, making it ideal for trekkers seeking a shorter yet steady climb with added comfort.
Enjoy a journey filled with breathtaking views, rich flora and fauna, and the unforgettable experience of standing at the “Roof of Africa.”
